Suitengu's Rest is one of the less disreputable establishments in the this region, and is located on the southern docks where many gaijin dealings are made. The inn is run by a stooped, bald-headed old man named Zurui, who shuffles slowly, delivering cheap drinks and cheap food.
About half the guests here are samurai—mostly Tortoise and Mantis sailors.
