Ozaki secretly left with the ancestral Hare Clan sword, Kennou, after the resolution of The Siege of Shiro Usagi. He was headed to Mori Kage Toshi (Forest Shadow City) in order to investigate the orders contained in the decoded scroll.

Wanted for the murder of a Phoenix Magistrate in Forest Shadow City. Please direct any and all possible information that may lead to his capture to Magistrate Miya Katsu or your local Emerald Magistrate. Be advised that he may be a user of maho. Do not attempt to confront him alone.
