A cult of maho-tsukai devoted to the precepts of the dark sorcerer Iuchiban (who was sometimes referred to as “the Bloodspeaker”). They have endured for centuries, operating in small cells throughout the Empire and remaining out of the public eye. On more than one occasion the Empire has believed the cult to be wiped out, only to see it return later.
