The former pet of Count Darius Locke 'Vorhis' Von Schweet, the former count wanted only for his beloved pet to live as long as he did. So he made he awakened his cat, and asked if he wanted to live as long as he did. After transferring sentience from other beings into Heinwright, he was made into a vampire. They lived together for many years before his master was killed during the Silver Hand raids.
During this time; Heinwright escaped with several key members of his masters most trusted; and travelled for many years. After some time Heinwright managed to procure the clock tower that they are currently within. Heinwright ordered the construction directory to the main portion of the city, now named after the location; MilkBridges.
After some time through his trusted agents the Charge of Milk Bridge was created; with the sole purpose of assisting those that needed it for psychiatric assistance. This gave the charge a yearly allowance and allowed for the growth of facilities that were tax free.
Heinwright created a pack with Charlamane for kobolds to use the sewer system to collect his food supply. The city believes that the main residents of Milk Bridge are being paid to clean the cities sewers. This pact with Charlamane is contingent on Heinwright assisting Charlamane blindly when he askes for assistance.
After nearly 75 years everything was going well for Heinwright, until someone threatened his food supply. A rival company that is attempting to clean up the city sewers is threatening his primary food supply.
Heinwright revealed his "Primary" plan to the party, which is basically that he wants a constant stream of both food and pets, and anything that is placed between his primary goal will be removed.
