A lightning and wind style wizard who featured in Messages of Civilisation as a member of the Silver Wing's Crew.
He wears black robes with silver lighting bolts sewn into the sleeves. He defends the ship from Siren Cavalry (to be linked) by summoning a lightning storm and ending the encounter.
