B'Var Sextus, more commonly referred to by his Imperial title as The Unifier, was the first Governor of the Grand City of Mor'Koc after it became a city and, following the First Troll Civil War, the first Emperor of the Imperial Troll Empire's second incarnation and second Emperor of the Trolls overall. He is a widely revered figure, having been immensely influential in growing Mor'Koc into the melting-pot metropolis that it is today, creating the Office of the Imperial Postmaster General and innovating the Dragonpost system now used almost universally amongst the developed nations of Orth, and for reunifying the Empire following the devastating First Civil War.
Outside of politics, he is also known for his extensive writings, having been greatly interested in researching Dragonlings, and as such was a very early influence on the scientific discipline that would later become known as dracology. He is known to have befriended a blue Dragonling named Shadrach who for the majority of his life was his near-constant companion; the Dragonling appears extensively in his diaries and is even depicted in numerous of his official portraits in the Imperial Palace, usually sat on his shoulder.
