While his name is unknown, The Necromancer is a member of Oglaigh na Tír intent on inflicting economic and governance harm in the Imperial colony of Na'Ka'Ve. He is a High Elf, of pallid complexion, pitch black hair and questionable sanity. It is believed that he is a native of the Barony of Na'Ka'Ve, having been born after the Imperial Wars and therefore unaware of life in a 'Free Tir'.
During the events of A Taste of Evil, Rilira Fl'wr and the Necromancer stage an unprovoked attack on City of Na'Ka'Ve Imperial Courthouse. During the ensuing battle, Devonn Tweedle blows himself up to enable Rilira to escape. This attack draws the attention of the city guard, and the magical appearance of the Necromancer draws the unwanted attention of the Grand Order of Wizards. His total willingness and lack of remorse about killing innocent people make Rilira vow to find and kill him.
This senseless attack on a symbol of Imperial Justice results in a crackdown on the criminal element of the High elf population in the city. This results in the local Oglaigh na Tir chapter being expelled from the city, and into the frozen countryside.
He is believed to have been killed by Rillira, at some point after the events of a Taste of Evil.
