Although his name is unknown, the Necromancer is a member of Oglaigh na Tír intent on inflicting economic and governmental harm upon the Imperial colony of Na'Ka'Ve. He is a High Elf of pallid complexion, with pitch-black hair and questionable sanity. He is believed to be a native of the Barony of Na'Ka'Ve, born after the Imperial Wars and therefore unfamiliar with life in a "Free Tír".
During A Taste of Evil, Rilira Fl'wr and the Necromancer staged an unprovoked attack on the City of Na'Ka'Ve Imperial Courthouse. During the battle, Devonn Tweedle blew himself up to allow Rilira to escape. The attack drew the attention of the city guard, while the Necromancer's conspicuous magic attracted the Grand Order of Wizards. His willingness to kill innocent people, and complete lack of remorse, led Rilira to vow that she would find and kill him.
The senseless attack on a symbol of Imperial justice resulted in a crackdown on the city's High Elf criminal element. The local chapter of Oglaigh na Tír was consequently expelled from the city into the frozen countryside.
The Necromancer is believed to have been killed by Rilira sometime after the events of A Taste of Evil.
