PEACE TREATY AND TRADE AGREEMENT
Parties to the Agreement:
- The Imperial Empire, represented by Empress A'Zul Sextus
- The United People of the Pools, represented by Drar-il-soq
Oversight Authority: The Trade and Business Authority (TBA) shall oversee all trade-related matters and economic cooperation.
Preamble: In pursuit of lasting peace and economic cooperation in the Southlands, the Parties to this Agreement recognize the need to resolve outstanding conflicts and enhance mutual prosperity.
Article 1: Ceasefire and Conflict Resolution 1.1. The Parties agree to an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire, halting all hostilities in the Southlands. 1.2. The Parties commit to engage in peaceful dialogue and negotiations to resolve conflicts and grievances, seeking solutions that promote stability and unity.
Article 2: Trade and Economic Cooperation 2.1. The Parties agree to promote economic cooperation, trade, and development in the Southlands for mutual benefit. 2.2. The United People of the Pools will receive access to essential resources and economic support from the Empire to facilitate recovery and development. 2.3. All Parties commit to the exchange of goods, technology, and knowledge to foster economic growth and stability in the region.
Article 3: Security and Verification 3.1. The United People of the Pools commit to providing information and support for the identification and neutralization of any potential threats to regional peace and security. 3.2. The Parties shall establish a mechanism for mutual verification, transparency, and monitoring of compliance with this Agreement.
Article 4: Amnesty and Reconciliation 4.1. The Parties agree to grant amnesty and protection to individuals who cooperate with the implementation of this Agreement. 4.2. The Parties shall work towards post-conflict reconciliation, acknowledging the importance of healing divisions among their respective populations.
Article 5: International Oversight 5.1. This Agreement may be subject to international oversight by the Trade and Business Authority (TBA) to ensure fair and equitable implementation of all trade-related matters. 5.2. The Parties will welcome and cooperate with international mediators and observers, including the TBA, to guarantee the Agreement's success.
Article 6: Duration and Termination 6.1. This Agreement will remain in effect until the objectives of peace, security, and prosperity in the Southlands are achieved. 6.2. The Parties may amend or terminate this Agreement through mutual consent, based on the progress of peace and stability in the region.
Article 7: Final Provisions 7.1. This Agreement is legally binding upon ratification by all Parties' respective authorities. 7.2. The Parties agree to work collaboratively to address any challenges or disputes that may arise during the Agreement's implementation.
