Arcane Cuisine

3rd-level Chef feature

Your experimentation has granted you the ability to prepare fantastical meals for your allies. Whenever you finish a short or long rest, you can prepare a fantastic feast for up to six willing creatures, provided you have cook’s utensils on your person. A creature that consumes the meal within the next hour gains a magical effect of your choice, which lasts until the creature finishes a short or long rest.You choose the effect from one of the following options.

Balanced Breakfast.The creature can’t be rendered prone against their will. You can only prepare this meal at the end of a long rest.

Breakfast of Champions.The creature gains the benefit of one Fighting Style of your choice from among the options available to the Fighter, Paladin, or Ranger classes. You can only prepare this meal at the end of a long rest.

Free Food. The creature gains advantage on ability checks and saving throws to avoid being grappled or restrained and can use their bonus action to attempt to escape such an effect if doing so would normally require an action.

Hearty Meal.The creature gains temporary hit points equal to your Intelligence modifier + twice your level in this class

Light Lunch.The creature gains a flying speed of 10 feet, and can hover.



Just Desserts

5th-level Chef feature

The harsh environment of the kitchen has rubbed off on you, making you quick to anger and quick to retort. You learn the vicious mockery cantrip. It counts as an artificer cantrip for you, but doesn’t count against the number of cantrips you can know.

In addition, whenever you a creature targets you with an attack, spell, or other harmful effect, you can use your reaction to immediately make a weapon attack againt the creature, or to cast an artificer cantrip on them. A cantrip you cast this way must have a casting time of 1 action.




Exotic Ingredients

9th-level Chef feature

You have learned how to source and prepare some of the most elusive and potent culinary delicacies. Whenever you prepare a meal using your Arcane Cusisine feature, you can mix in an exotic ingredient.

A creature that consumes the meal gains a magical benefit determined by the ingredient, in addition to the meal’s normal benefits. the effects of which last until the creature finishes a short or long rest. You choose the ingredient from one of the following options when you prepare the meal.

Myconid Cap.The creature becomes telepathically linked to each creature that also consumed the meal. This functions as the Rary’s telepathic bond spell.

Dragon Peppers.The creature can use an action on each of its turns to cast the burning hands spell, without expending a spell slot or providing spell components. Your Intelligence is the spellcasting ability for this spell.

Fresh Darkmantle.The creature gains blindsight out to a range of 30 feet, The creature can’t benefit from this blindsight while deafened.Gorgon Milk.The creature gains a +1 bonus to their Armor Class.

Hydra Eggs.While the creature is below half health, it regains 1d4 hit points at the start of each of its turns.

Treant Apples.The creature’s reach increases by 10 feet.



Magical Cookery

15th-level Chef feature

You have learned how to imbue your artificer spells into delectable meals for your party to enjoy. Whenever you create a meal using your Arcane Cusine feature, you can cast one of your artificer spells and imbue it into the food. The spell must be one with a maximum duration of at least 1 minute, and it must target one or more creatures.

A creature that consumes food imbued with the spell within the next hour gains the benefits of the spell, in addition to the meal’s normal effects. A spell imbued into food this way does not require concentration, and the effects of it last until the creature finishes a short or long rest.
