This wide, slow flowing river winds its way from the slopes of Mount Mor through the Duchy of Mor’Koc and was the main reason for the city's founding and initial success. It granted a natural route connecting the old Dwarven mines with the sea-based trade routes to the Troll Homelands. It also provides a natural border with Middle Manzil, limiting their rate of expansion into the Empire. The water from its mountain spring tastes sweet and it is rumoured to extend one's life. However, drinking the water from where it flows through the urbanised areas of the Grand City or Abeeso is not recommended.
Typically, the waters from the River Mor are used to water crops and the local pig population.
