The Investment Council

The reviewers of public ideas, this council oversees smaller projects and passes large scale ideas up to the Council of City Governors. Traditionally, the council reviews bridges, roads, intercounty projects but passes projects expected to last more than two years or cost more than 10,000 gold pieces to the Imperial Council of City Governors.
