The elegant Coillearnach Castle on its lake island was widely considered Tir's most beautiful castle for much of its existence, but has largely fallen into disrepair due to the infighting surrounding House Cinnéide. It is an ancient building, and simple in construction. It was built more for style and as a home than as a defensive structure.
