The capital city of the The Meritocratic Republic of the United People of the Pools, located in The Southlands, Sacred Pool is believed to be the place where Dezrael (or his servant, The Hooded Man) brought forth the first Lizardfolk from the First Pool, right in the heart of the old city. Much of the city is underground after war with the Dracolich Empire, though the above parts are made up of towering ziggurats of gold and stone.
