The Battle of Slát Castle

Pro-Imperial Troll Empire elements within the Tiran Military attacked Slát Castle on a very misty Autumn morning. House Cuinn were unable to see the approaching small force, allowing the attackers to destroy the castle gates using a Drake's corrosive breath and begin slaughtering their way through the defenders until the head of the House at the time, Culan, surrendered as he was scared for the life of his newborn son, who was born the previous night, and his wife who was unable to defend herself as a result. The attackers would hold the castle until the beginning of the following year, when they would hand the castle over to the Imperial Army once the rest of the Barony formally surrendered.
