A noble family in Neró awarded the Ring of Plentiful Water to Qau after he slew a monstrously mutated Leviathan. He had reached Neró while sailing west from Ja’Pa through the portal, and wears the ring as evidence of his journey.
The ring grants its wearer +1 Dexterity and the ability to cast Create Water once per day.
