Adamant is an extremely rare metal which occurs in greenish coloured rocks that are extremely fragile and near impossible to work by themselves when refined. As such, on its own adamant is not used for much and is simply valuable because it is rare. But, if combined with electrum, it can be alloyed into an adamantine ingot.
