A magic steel sphere used exclusively by unit leaders of the Person Removal Union, this hollow orb is hinged to put notes into and then enchanted so, when thrown into the air, it will magically fly to the PRU agent whose name is engraved on the inside, leaving a pale blue comet trail in the air. These are used to send rapid, real-time reports of agents' orders as to keep the PRU's agents totally aware as to what's going on.
It is the outgoing variation of the Report Orb.
