An extremely rare item used by the Grand Order of Wizards to communicate with its members and those working for them. This method is archaic and the items, which are difficult to make, are single-use, leading to them being largely supplanted by more efficient and less resource-intensive methods. The Order continues to use them for undercover arrangements due to their self-destruction on use.
