2) Your copied entity only needs the following information:

Post name format:  Session ## - Character name & Character name

Location: Input where the conversation happened

Calendar Date -> Link to a calendar: Use the Dalereckoning calendar and select your in game date

Visibility: Only me and admins

Tags: they will autofill, but in case you accidentally delete them you need: 

  • Todo
  • Conversations Todo

3) main content can be copy pasted in straight from discord ugly as hell. Meg can fix it.
