Fitzgerald Winters sits in the pews of his local Catholic church. He sits reflecting over memories of him and his missing twin brother. He sees an old carving in the pew with the letters L and F carved in--however, the carving has been changed. It now says Lost and Found. Curious, Fitz looks longer at the carving and experiences an Auspex : Level 2 : Premonition, seeing a cloaked someone adjusting the carving. The mysterious person held a knife that was a pair to Fitzgerald's gifted knife from a father. Curiouser still he watches the figure leave the church space only to see another figure (Tristan Adagian) speaking with Cebrail Sirin.
He barely catches the conversation but the father looks over to him and asks if he'd like to have a confessional. He spoke with Cebrail Sirin and talked about his conflict with his new companions while not being specific. Cebrail mentions for Fitz to come visit next time for an interesting sermon about honesty.
Fitz asks himself before he leaves, "If we are made in his image...then who made us?"
VW Vance and Vanessa Williams return back to Shelter. They come to meet the ire of Amy Dandrige and also see Gavin Jaeger. Amy demands the girls to explain their 24-hour disappearance, clearly having learned from Gavin that there was an accident at the concert. The girls are separated and interrogated.
Amy asks Vanessa about what happened. Vanessa says that she only woke up in an alleyway and never told the cops. Vanessa explains to Amy that she is deciding to stay in London longer than her planned stay with Shelter. Amy offers to give Vanessa the means to make it out in London.
VW speaks with Gavin and it is uncomfortable and awkward. While holding Audi Jaeger, she cries at VW. Gavin holds her instead and the two have a conversation about what happened during the incident (The embrace). VW is quite cagey about it and Gavin mentions that 'no one survived'. In the midst of the conversation, Gavin accidentally turns off the light in the kitchen and VW reveals (unintentionally) her Protean : Level 1 : Eyes of the Beast to see. Eventually, Gavin asks if the baby is his, and VW admits to it.
It's still awkward.
Gavin asks if the baby has a name. She doesn't. Gavin asks if she has paperwork. She doesn't. There is clearly contention. Gavin promises he can pay for all the necessary things needed to care for the baby.
Jacksin Preen is dropped off by his flock members to eventually meet up with Gilligan Weslowski. He interrupts Gil mid-coitus as announces himself. Gil angrily turns to look at Jacksin and its clear that Gil was having sex with a teary-eyed Mirage Perry. She makes a run for it but Jacksin briefly stops her. He senses that she is upset/devastated by not seeing someone else. He lets her go and she walks off.
Gil seems mostly unconcerned by Jacksin's presence considering that Gil already knew Jacksin was going to be turned to a vampire. Gil is a ghoul for Hana. Gil explains to Jacksin that during the incident (The embrace), there was another 'incident'. He reveals that there was a murder that happened on the Tour Bus. The drummer was killed in the tour bus by what Gil says is "dragons breath". He pulls out a bullet casing and says that the round was shot from a gun which, when expelled, creates a fire blast effect.
Gil thinks there's someone trying to kill people like Hana. Jacksin is given the evidence, offering him an opportunity to investigate.
