Originally from Elysium, Toril is a Guardinal Celestialcreature that took the form of a mighty mythical Thunderbird on the Material Plane.
Not much is known about this entity on the Material Plane other than the folklore passed on for generations that she often patrols the Torden Fjall and that she is supposedly the cause of the intense thunderstorms that roll through the mountains.
