The Asrans were one of the primordial tribes of Humanity, ruling over the lands now known as Lahan. The Asran people were decimated in the events of the Ash Dawn, and the survivors intermarried and intermingled with the other tribes.
It is unknown if there are any humans of pure Asran blood alive in the world.
