Lothandun is the young son of Ereevia, Ambassador of the Starlit Creed. Much like his Strawberry Creed parallel and contemporary Fonlap, he has been groomed to eventually take over his mother's role.
Born and raised in Nimruil, Lothandun has lived in the Dappled Haven in an unofficial capacity for several years. He spends his time with the Fasookies, the young intellectuals who advocate for Strawberry recontact with the outside world; but his lineage is not known among them. It was through their meetings that he met and befriended Fonlap.
Lothandun eventually revealed not only his identity to Fonlap, but also the Starlit Creed's version of the War of the Seven Tears and the truth about the Strawberry Creed's actions before its titular battle. Although Fonlap did not believe it at first, Lothandun encouraged him to seek his father's reports on the event buried deep in the Archives. Following his suggestions, Fonlap learned the concealed truth of the Strawberry Creed's betrayal of men on that day.
Lothandun's motives for living among the Fasookies and speaking to Fonlap are not clear -- whether he is under orders or acting on his own.
