Cathedral is a stretch. More like Circus Tent of Never Ending Succor or depending on who is having services, the Revival Tent of Never Ending Succor. It is one part local medical facility, one part sanctified ground, and one part homeless shelter. It was established by several local churches from Bastion of Enduring Light, who realized that Base Camp was practically a refugee camp, but with a slightly higher percentage of mercenaries.
So while money was raised to build a proper multi-religious center, it's going to be awhile while the building is constructed. So right now, all the various faiths operate out of the tent. So in general, if you are down on your luck or need healing, you're going to head to the giant tent in the middle of town.
