The Howling Hills are a region of hilly grasslands in eastern Impatria. It covers a significant portion of Estlan's surface area.
The Howling Hills' namesake is the strong winds that consistently blow throughout the region, which originate from the sea further eastward. The powerful gusts that raze this area, combined with its rocky soil, are what contribute to the geography. Trees only grow in scattered patches throughout Estlan, and multiple rocky outcroppings have been exposed throughout the hills.
