We apply a disguise to Bale, and then use the teleportation circle to go to Kingston.
Kingston – Grand Bazaar
We arrive in a tent, and the former Mages Guild is completely dismantled, only the floor where the Teleportation Circle was inscribed is all that remains. An Orc and two humans await us, and we pay a landing fee plus a bribe for them not to report our arrival to the authorities.
We head on out of the tent into chaos, the Grand Bazaar. There are crowds of people and narrow streets filled with stalls. It is a maze, but we head towards the sounds of carts, and after a while, we make it out to the main street.
The street is filled with carts, and the noise is incredible. We are near a large fountain people are taking water. We speak to a street kid named James and he helps us get a cart to transport us. The driver is named Brendan.
He takes us south, and tells us of some sights.
For example, the Swashbuckler’s Guild – G9 in M14 area, which is a transplant from the Islander Nation.
Kingston – Trading Zone Two
Then travel into T2, the trading companies. He tells us of a Monastic College (G12) from the Kingdom of the Tiger. T3 is craftsmen group.
We head to White Star Headquarters, and meet Alyssa. Bale and Maud make inquiries, and draw up the paperwork to finally have the Trade Route north secured. We just need to secure the 100,000 gp, which is waiting for us in Southspire.
Inn - Silk Forest – border of N4 and M14, near road. A half orc woman is the proprietor. We rent 3 rooms, and then clear out the beds in one room to make the teleportation circle. We agree to rent out the place for a full week.
After some discussion, we decide to head back to Southspire and get the coins. But we empty out our pockets to claim as many Sigilian Coins as we can. We end up keeping 400 of the 1000 coins, storing them in the Summit for safe keeping.
The other 600 are put in two chests, which Simon will carry, augmented with Bull’s Strength. Hopefully we will look like another group of merchants, and no one will know we will have a huge fortune.
