Talon is head of the struggling Villous Family. She is determined to change its fortunes after her father died having amassed sizeable debts across the city. This has made Talon's most recent 'moves' daring her critics within the family would say reckless. If she is rilled by such traitorous whispers she does not show it, appearing charismatic and energised. She is very well informed as her family runs the bats that carry most of the messages around the city.
