The doppleganger vampire is going to give himself up to the police, in order to escape the threat of murder from the Iron Breaker. Then they are arranging a fake murder of the doppleganger prisoner that is being filmed by a documentary team that is embedded in the police station while a "The Angel is not my President" riot is whipped up across the city in an act of misdirection.
Results: Orin III declares the Estaher Regulator State and declares martial law to kill all dops, undead, and criminals.
