Though lost to the inhabitants of the Ravaged Coast for a while, Zoghag resurfaced during the events known as the Gloamwater bloodbath, when forces of the newly ascendant boss Břřok Bonechewa fought against the khornite zealots led by Moranak. During these events, the old shaman came forth and revealed, that he had in secret weaved a spell capable of stalling the corruptive powers of chaos that threatened to turn old morruk lay lines feeling the swamps into the nightmarish hellscape resembling the realms of chaos themselves. With the chaos forces driven away and the Gloamwater Summit sealed, the swampcalla departed with the new clan, intent on supporting the young boss, as he knew him from before the Vermindoom, seeing in him a way for the morruks of the Ravaged Coast to return to the old and proper ways of Mork and Gorkamorka.
