Gloamwater Summit

Place of Power

True origin of this circle of stones, lost in the deep wilds of the Ravaged coast, is unknown, but there are countless theories to be found in the cities of Sigmar, in their vast libraries. Some say, that this monument is of evil origin, raised by chaos in the age of darkness, other will swear that markings on the stone are eerily similar to others found throughout the ruins of the old Agloraxi empire. Other still, there are some who believe that this place predates even Sigmar himself, hailing from the prehistorical age of the realms, when elder gods like Kragnos trod the realms.

Whatever the truth, it is undeniable that this place reeks of old and untamed magic. Early in the conquest of Sigmar, humans held this place and used it to push back the darkness in the surrounding area, but soon they've lost control of the place. Unable to fight of the realm itself, the place was reclaimed by the land, seemingly lost to civilisation forever. Though that may be true, there are other forces in the realms, that are far from civilized. As such, orruk shaman Zoghag Gloamlurka claimed the place after the humans have been driven off (maybe by him even), and now resides there in a voluntary exile from his kruleboyz kin. With Vermindoom reshaping the face of the land itself and new powers rising, his long exile might be coming to an end at last and with it, the mysteries of Gloamwater summit might once again spill out into the world around. Or it might face its final ruination...
