Dorgukk, like most Ironjawz Orruks, lives a brutal life, and he wouldn't have liked it any other way. He got in to the Gobsprak's good graces when he managed to loot a particularly wealthy Kharadron vessel.

He managed this amazing feat of "kunnin'" by simply jumping with his boyz from a nearby cliff as the Kharadron ship passed by. The fact that most of his boyz fell to their deaths is always mentioned as "proof he's da meanest", anyone foolish enogh who would point out that it is a sign of poor leadership is quickly (and gruesomely) silenced.
Nevertheless, the angry Megaboss and his Brutes were more than enough for crew of surprised Kharadrons, and after landing (crashing) the ship, the loot was theirs.
Impressed, Gobsprak named him to lead a Waaagh across Aqshy along with Grizznak da Skumcalla'. Their petty squabbles must not hold them back though; he is to lead the Waagh for particular reason and nothing can stand in their way; be it 'umies, elves or other greenskins.
