Teckitan

Following Uthan's loss of the Blood War, the Teckitan Treaty granted Teckitan it's independence, but forbid it from having any standing military. This clause in the treaty also inadvertently helped the rise of the Guild of Mercenaries. Nowadays, most military force is provided by The Guild.
