The Kingdom of Falglor was founded during the Splintering by a former general of the Royal Army in the middle of some of the most valuable land in the former Alammar Empire, forming alliances with influential business magnates and other powerful political figures, promising them land, power, and prestige in a new kingdom if they all invested in it. As a result, the Kingdom of Falglor was born with a headstart, with the tradeoff of a very entrenched nobility system and a very powerful House of Lords that severely hampered the central authority of the crown. This led to a tension between the King and the nobility, one that would boil over on multiple occasions, culminating in the Yunnaiteddo Independence War, in which  The Yunnaiteddo Federation was founded, something that Falglor would chase over for quite a while.

Despite setbacks with acquiring Yunnaiteddo and establishing a bonafide hegemony over the south, the continued to grow as a superpower, winning the Eastern Adhyrianus War (and losing The Prafian War) under King Edward the First and making the Kingdom of Adhyria their puppet. With the gradual decline of the Sultanate of Otani and the Kingdom of Erio, Falglor took the lead for the most powerful in the south, even as one of the most powerful nations in the world, with only The Order remaining as a potential threat to their power.

The Kingdom of Falglor is a multi-ethnic nation that spreads across nearly the entirety of the south and southeast of the continent, only refraining from declaring itself an empire due to the negative connotations that come with being an empire. They are one of the most militarily powerful nations in the world, coming behind The Holy Imperium of Moneeri and potentially tying out with the Order, famed for their use of incorporating mages into their military and military doctrine that can easily adapt to new and changing environments.

The government is run by two forces, the King and Parliament. The King is the more well established and publicized power, all of them coming from the Novissime family, descendants from the first general that founded the Kingdom in the first place. Parliament is the newer branch of the government, dating back to after the Yunnaiteddo Independence War and the destruction of both the nobility and the House of Lords. Parliament was founded when it became clear that the King could not be the sole deciding factor in politics. Despite Jame's efforts to destroy the nobility, several influential and powerful figures remained, who were heavily paranoid of James attacking their authority, and so they campaigned against the absolute monarchy of the king, and advocating for a cabinet of the people who would keep the king in check, the idea of which quickly gained popularity among the common folk. James, not wanting to lose his supporters and reputation as the "People's King", conceded to these demands and founded Parliament.

Parliament originally started as just an advisory council for the king, but it's power quickly grew, with the ability to propose bills, acts, and laws being granted to it, although with royal permission needed. Parliament began to grow, from just a mere 16 seats, to 32, to 128 as it managed to gain power and influence over the government. The power of Parliament was called into question multiple times by multiple kings, but it managed to retain it's influence, culminating in the Wrenin Accord and the solidification of Parliament as a major power in the government.

The judicial system is composed of three entities, local judges, provincial judges, and royal judges. Local judges handle local issues, like perpetrators that commit minor crimes across a singular town or city. Provincial judges handle province-wide criminals and serious crimes, a local criminal can be transferred to a provincial judge if the local court cannot make a final verdict or the crime is too severe for a small-town judge. Royal judges are the highest order of the judiciary system. Known as Chief Justices, there are only five ever at one time. They handle the most serious cases, or extreme country wide crimes, with full ability to prosecute anyone in the government with serious enough charges and evidence, including the King.

Falglor is highly invested in external politics and affairs, and very influential. It controls most of the ores and ivory that comes out of Adhyria, plus it has a ton of influence and authority over multiple vital land and sea trade routes. Falglor's main enemy in global politics is the Order, tensions between the two powers building for centuries. While Falglor holds no current alliances, it is slightly aligned with the Republic of Valdar over their shared disdain for the Order.
