The Ancient Gods, beings of unfathomable power, who leapt forth from the Nothing and created the Everything, filling it with their artistic inspiration, using the universe as a canvas before the Celestial War and the downfall of the universe. There are a number of different miscellaneous questions pertaining to their existence, what they do, and how they do it, so here's some explanation.
The Gods act humanlike, and seem like regular people, even if a bit overexaggerated. Why is that? Why aren't they wise all-knowing deities?
Because life was made in the image of the gods, not the other way around. The gods aren't humanlike, humans are godlike, for better or for worse.
How do the gods act?
The gods, frankly speaking, are douchebags. They are children that never felt the need to grow up, playing around with mortal lives like a baby with Legos, ruining entire generations because they wanted to see what happened. They all embody traits of what they represent, taken to a bit of an extreme.
- Gaial is an extreme perfectionist, who can quickly get aggressive when ignored.
- Zelial is just extremely aggressive all the time, has a quick temper, and is the hardest to get to calm down.
- Yzthergim hates everyone and is most definitely a bigot, also a primitivist.
- Pyrofaltic and Cyrotix hate each other's guts.
The spirits in Yunnaiteddo are also the remnants of the Ancient God of Honor, who is, surprise surprise, also a douchebag.
