That amber preserves and is preserved by light; that to hatch is not to die; that the Sun.' There is a place behind the world called the Mansus. Deeds that would be impossible in the world are inevitable there.

You can push yourself to perform one of the following actions:

  • You can find pathways hidden by the Lower Powers of the Sky, you may instantly declare that there is a doorway that can lead you to your destination in a scene. You cannot control what path this doorway will put you on, but it will reveal hidden doorways and passages, even if there had been none previously. You may use this ability for 1 Fascination rather than the usual 2 Stress once per session.
  • Whenever you and your allies would receive Dread or Fascination from outside sources involving paradoxes, the powers of the Glory, or summoned spirits, you may recite aloud an answer to the paradox you behold, to ignore the potential Dread or Fascination. You may use this ability for free once per session in exchange for gaining +1 Heat as the powers who pursue Glory turn their attention to you. This cannot be used to nullify Dread or Fascination from the special abilities players use
