Neia is Seventh Chair and Head of Enlightened Fascination. She won her position with her Ring of Grateful Servitude, which took 40 years to craft.
She appears as a child, barely 4', dresses in girls' robes, wears her hair in two long braids, and has a sprinkle of golden freckles across the dark black skin of her nose. This is universally assumed to be an illusion, but nobody can say what her true appearance is. She lives alone with her cats, Toebeans and Sniffer.
