Shelara is Eighth Chair and Head of Primary Alchemy. She won her position with the creation of the Elemental Transmuter and is currently researching future adaptations for it.
Shelara is a sky elf, with pink skin, wide yellow eyes, and soft grey feathers on her head and running down her neck and arms. She wears sleeveless versions of WCHE fashions and enchanted, jeweled gloves that contain the powers of all known alchemy. She speaks softly, if at all, and prefers a nocturnal life. Even her closest associates can't say why or how she came to Formlithind, but they all agree she is a kind-hearted and generous friend.
