Current ruler: Andalin Nuranimir Consists of dozens of kingdoms ranging in size from thousands to tens of citizens. The Empress has taken ex-Admiral Matthew Colton as her personal pet and he is currently traveling in all the highest elven society. She has been the ruler for 400 years and originally implemented the plan to move the halflings to the waypost towns. Generally she’s pretty popular and there is a large population of halflings who semi-worship her.
