A neighborhood inhabited by the less-accepted lineages. Trolls, Orcs, Goblins, Dragonbord, Lizardfolk, Tieflings and the like live in this area. Features a prominent shrine to The Silver, a Rope House (a place where folks can rent a spot for the night for a single copper piece), several dance halls, and the typical contingent of inns and taverns of less-than-stellar repute. Home to Fight Learn, a boxing school, and Scale School, a school that teaches basic literacy to all comers in exchange for donations.
Western terminus of the Trade Road. Requires permits to move freely through the city; papers may be requested by any city official at any time, for any reason. Mostly only non-elves will be asked for papers.
