Once per chapter, the Inguma can make anyone she can see notice her no matter how obscured the view or crowded the location. The victim clearly sees the Beast and knows she is watching him. The victim has an uneasy fascination with the Inguma and must continue watching or move towards her for (Lair) turns or spend a Willpower point to look away. The Inguma can choose to disappear from the victim’s view when line of sight is broken. Though not invisible, she is occluded from the victim’s vision for (Lair dots) turns.
