Greenbloat is a virulent and highly transmissible disease that is infamous for its eponymous symptoms: causing a green translucence in the skin and causing it to puff and bloat into blistering sacs. The sacs burst violently into clouds of diseased blood, further spreading the sickness. The disease was once highly threatening and rampaged across nations, but a cure was developed by the wizard Selathwin Muleyr, effectively eliminating it.
Greenbloat still appears throughout the world intermittently, and can still cause damage to smaller communities, as the most effective cure requires the use of magic.
