Polpo is a small, exclusive country located in western Atavar and primarily populated by halflings. The land was once barren and dry to the the ocean winds, but generations of care and cultivation by its population turned the landscape into lush, fertile farmland. Notably, the country is difficult to access due to a massive wall of animated stone statues that surrounds its borders.
