The Anti-choker is a wondrous item, and a necklace that requires attunement to use. The necklace changes its size to suit the attuned creature.
Description
A small choker made of a black leather. There is a small, brass clasp around the front that resembles three inlaid circles. The choker seems to change its size to suit whoever attunes to it.
Effects
While attuned to and wearing the choker, the user will always be supplied with ample air for breathing, regardless of situation. For example, if air flow is blocked, such as if the lungs are flooded when drowning, the user will still experience the rather uncomfortable feeling of being full of water, but will be able to “breathe” normally.
