Lightstake is a wondrous item and a magic spear.
Description
A finely crafted spear with a wooden haft and an ornate steel head. The haft of the spear is intricately carved to resemble vines crawling up its length. When the spear is not in motion, small lights resembling the glow of fireflies will begin to propagate around its body.
Effects
As a bonus action once a day, you make invoke the name of the spear to judge your opponents. The spear will then appear to become pure light, and for 1 minute its damage type will change to radiant. During this period, the spear will shed bright light in a 10 foot radius, and dim light in a further 20 foot radius. Additionally, dissonant voices will whisper to the wielder in Sylvan.
