“She looked like a goddess under the shimmering light. I’d give anything to see her again.”
~ Count Evior Soulworn
A wondrous item.
Description
A small bottle of silver dust that glows dimly behind the clear glass. The dust appears somewhat iridescent when observed under direct light.
Effects
The dust can be emptied from the bottle as a bonus action to provide dim light in a 15 foot square, and boost the effectiveness of performances. The boost is dependent on how much dust is used; one fourth of a bottle will add a +1 to a performance check, one half will add +2, three fourths will provide advantage, and a full bottle will provide advantage and +2. The dust persists for around 10 minutes. The bottle replenishes a fourth of its mass each day at dawn.
Additionally, if at least half of a bottle of dust is consumed, the creature that ate it must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, they will gain disadvantage on all Insight checks, and all Charisma based rolls against them will have advantage. This effect can also be triggered if a creature breathes in a significant amount of dust, around a fourth of a bottle’s worth.
