The Lunar Referent was a modest library that once stood in the city of Celtermoon, run by its head librarian Steve Moran and his assistant Joy Astrosla. In Iron 988 the library burned down under mysterious circumstances, though rebuilding efforts began in the next year, with Joy at the helm.
