Winky is a large owl that is technically owned by Caedali after she bought it from a merchant in Bucktuck City, though it is primarily cared for by Rulan Vinesweep, and stays in Cloverhall. Winky is fond of staring at those that enter the stables of Cloverhall, unblinkingly.
