Moresa Hopkit is a well-off but paranoid woman that lives in the East Cliffs of Bucktuck City. She is conspiratorial and assumes the worst of everyone.
In 989 IaC, Moresa was mugged by a serial thief with ties to the Unknown. She was later visited by the Cursebusters in order to receive her testimony, but she though they were in league with the thief, and refused to speak with them.
