Shalaen Orsa is a city in the Nightspell Moors, below the province of Lovence, situated at the southern peninsula. The city is actually mostly contained in two giant, ancient fortresses; a small shanty town occupies the area at its feet, but they are generally unguarded and not considered part of the city proper.
It is assumed that some ancient race built the fortresses of Shalaen Orsa, but other than some crude drawings, no one yet has found any forms of history or writing within the castle walls.
