Elezir is a massive elven city located in the Taerin Forcas, a mountain rage that extends into the northern territories of the Nightspell Moors, above the Bantir Plains. This city is home to many elves that were exiled in some form or another from Sanaris.
Elezir was originally founded by mountain elves who found themselves uncomfortable in the forests of Sanaris. They migrated to the unoccupied territories and established a border against Sanaris, which is still honored as the separation between Sanaris and the Nightspell Moors.
The citizens of Elezir tend not to interact with those outside the city; they rarely attempt diplomacy or establish trade. They remain completely separate from the politics of the Moors, and are content to stay in their misty mountains.
It is said that Elezir contains a considerable military power.
